This is a remarkable 70 year old 1949
Hudson that is in great condition. Looks good, starts easy,
and runs, and drives well.

The tires are new 710 X 15, 4 Ply
Wide Whites. This car was painted five years ago, and has
always been garaged. It has not been driven in the last three
years.

|
|
The interior is all new, including seats,
carpet, headliner, sun visors, and new door panels with the
factory ash trays in the door. New arm rest. The starter button
is on the wood grain dash. It has a radio, and clock. |

|
|
|
The bumpers, and chrome are driver quality
with some light pitting. The left windshield has a rock chip,
and both doors glasses have a small crack. It is flat glass
that can easily be replaced. The vent glasses show their age.
The turn signals work.

The muffler, and tail pipe are new.
There is some rust in the rockers, and a dent on the right front
rocker. The floors are solid. One new tail light lens has been
replaced. |

The
Flathead 6 cylinder engine was represented to be 308 cubic inches
by the previous owner. He stated the engine was rebuilt three
years ago before being garaged. It does not smoke. Sounds good,
and drives surprisingly well with good performance. A new battery
was installed. The two single Holley carburetors were kited,
and rebuilt. It has the dual factory air cleaners, and dual
horns that work.
