| This
is a very nice Metropolitan Coupe. The car
runs good, drives good, and has been well maintained. This 55
Metro is as cute as they come.

This Metro appears to be as good as
the pictures except the paint is more than twenty years old.
The bumpers are in good condition, and had been replaced a
couple of years ago. The center grille has the Hudson emblem.
These Metros were sold by Nash-Hudson.

The
Custom interior is very nice. The factory radio
works. This is a three speed on the tree. The turn signal operates
well, and is on the steering wheel. This Metro
has the Weather Eye Heater that was famous
from American Motors. The owners manual is in the glove box. |

| The
windshield wipers work, and the blades are new. All glass
is good. The tires are all like new. New brakes have recently
been installed.

This has the outside rear tire mount.
The tail light lens are new. The exhaust is good with a new
muffler and exhaust pipe. Rust is not an issue, and the car
is clean underneath. |

This Metro has a four
cylinder Austin engine that has been rebuilt.
According to the previous is has about 500 miles on it. It
has the Oil Bath air cleaner. The data tag on the cowl shows:
Body 1347, Model 542, Trim T-1, and Paint 903-7. I have driven
several of these cars when they were new and their top speed
was 80 MPH.
