| This
De Soto was purchased from our area from an 85 year old gentlemen.
He purchased the vehicle in Las Vegas in 1985, and drove the
car to Oklahoma. It is represented to have actual miles.
|
|
|
|
The car drives good, has new paint,
and has recently been tuned up and serviced. New brake cylinders
were installed. The bumpers, and chrome are in good condition.
|
|
|
|
|
The
interior is nice. The front mat is carpet, and the rear mat
is rubber vinyl. I am sure this car came from the factory this
way. It has a two-speed Powerflite push button transmission
on the left upper dash. The horn, and all gauges work. |
|
|
|
| The
emergency brake works which is your Park for the transmission.
It shifts fine after the car warms up. This
is a fifty-two year old car that is in great condition. Chrysler
was noted for its fins from this era.

It has the Triple Lens tail lights.
The back up lights work when putting the car in reverse. The
single exhaust is good. |

The previous owner represented this
to be "392" Hemi. We are not sure if this is correct.
The engine sounds good and starts good. It has the Oil Bath
Oil Air cleaner with a single carburetor. It has a new battery.
It the Firedome Hemi Eight.
