| This
is a two owner car represented to have actual miles by the previous
owner. He owned the MG for 30 years. The miles are 26,531 but
the title shows mileage exhempt.

This Convertible is in great condition
for a 50 year old vehicle. The paint is driver quality. The
right side has numerous chips and blemishes. This was caused
by parking lot dings or hauling the car with a loose flapping
canvas.

The interior appears to be original.
An interior kit is available. The tachometer is a 6,000 RPM.
The transmission is a 4 speed manual. The top and back window
are in good condition. The windshield has a crack in the center
behind the mirror and rock chips. |

The bumpers and chrome are in good
condition. The outside fender mirrors are from the factory.
This MG has been in storage for the last 4 years. The wire
wheels were purchased new at that time. Michelins 165 R
15's are like new, but are weather checked.

The exhaust is good. The canvas side windows are good. |

The factory engine number is BP15CB/15954.
TA - MG Car Company LTD data plate shows the number
as 16GC-U-H-2498 and HDK 43225818. We have installed two new
correct batteries and a new starter. This MG starts easy and
sounds great. This convertible is in fantastic condition as
a survivor for a fifty year old vehicle. This is an investment
quality convertible that you can drive and have fun with.
