This is a good driving, good looking
Comet Caliente. It has had a lot of restoration work and
mechanical repairs.

This paint is a little thin and should
be repainted. The pictures make it a lot better than it really
is. The body is good and with a little restoration this car
will be a knock out. It is an outstanding Caliente.

|
The previous owner bought this car about 10 years ago. It
had the straight seat and the column shift automatic. He
installed the bucket seats, and the B & M automatic
shifter. The stock radio is in the dash and an after market
has been added below the dash. The dash has some cracks
and the headliner needs to be replaced. |

|
The bumpers need to be re- chromed
and the car has hood pins for the hood. The other chrome
is in good condition.
|

It has new 205x70x14 Indy 500 Firehawks.The
transmission has been rebuilt, and a shift kit installed.
The rear end and bearings and seals were replaced in March
2006.

The engine has been rebuilt and has
about 5,000 miles on it. It had a new Edelbrock carburetor
installed in March 2006. The heater core and radiator are
new. It has the MSD Ignition installed. It has a terrific
sound like a muscle car should.
