| This
is a local Mustang Convertible that has been owned for the last
twenty years by the previous owner. It has new Poppy Red (3)
paint that was very popular when the Mustangs were first introduced
for sale.

This car is better than the pictures,
and looks outstanding. It has extensive restoration with new
bumpers, new power top, new weather strip kit, and all new
rubber bumpers. It has the like new 215 x 70 x 14 Cooper Cobra
white letter tires. It has the correct Style Steel factory
wheels.

The dash is not cracked. It has new carpet, instrument cluster,
new kick panels. The factory automatic shifter is on the floor.
The seats appear to be original, and the interior is in nice
condition. We have installed front seat belts. It has the optional
wood grain steering wheel. |

| The
front, and rear valance are new. The front, and rear bumpers
are new. It has the dual outside rear view mirrors. The data
plate on the door is in place; Body 76A, Color 3, Trim D6,
Date 12M, DSO 12-5, Axle 6, Trans 6. The serial number is
imprinted on the left fender apron.

The car is clean underneath with no
rust. The exhaust is good with the dual Shelby Trumpets. We
had $15,000.00 bid on this car last week. We believe this car
to be worth twice that much, but will take less. Our restoration
cost was about $6,000.00. |

It has the Cobra engine package including
the valve cleaners, and air cleaner. It has a new fan shroud,
and new radiator hoses. The engine has been rebuilt, and has
about 2,000 miles on it. It starts and runs great. This Mustang
Convertible is one of the faster appreciation collector cars.
Some are selling in excess of $25,000.00. The title indicates
this car has actual miles.
