| This
Fastback Mustang is an area car that has been restored in the
last five years. The previous owner owned this car since 1999,
and we have over $6,000.00 in receipts. It is an extremely nice
Mustang.

This Mustang could easily be made into
a Shelby Tribute car. It has the Shelby 350 GT fiberglas hood,
paint, and stripes. It has the Shelby side exhaust, and side
scoops. It is a terrific looking car with outstanding performance.
This is a "C" Code car from the factory, and has
had a color change.

The
interior is new. It has the four-speed transmission with a Hurst
shifter. It has an after market steering wheel, and a 8,000
Sun tachometer. This Mustang has a fold-down rear seat. The
dash will be changed to black before the auction ends. |

| This
Mustang has front disc brakes, and Torque Thrust wheels.
The tires are new 215 X 65 X 15 matching
White Letters.

The car is a frame on restoration with
new bumpers, and new chrome. The car is solid, and clean underneath.
The date plate shows the Color J, Trim 25, Date 21A, Axle 6,
and Trans 1. |

The High Performance 289 engine has
been rebuilt, and has less that 500 miles. It has the Edelbrock
Intake, and four barrell carburetor. A new battery, and engine
dress up kit. We have driven this Mustang 150 miles after
purchasing. It is road worthy to drive anywhere. This Fastback
is one of the fastest appreciating collector cars. It is fun
to drive.
