| This
is a local Mustang Convertible that has been owned by the previous
owner for the last 31 years. He has represented it to have actual
miles, and has only been driven 1,000 miles in that period of
time. It has the factory wire wheel covers.

This Mustang was painted several years
ago, and still looks good for a driver quality vehicle. The
bumpers, and chrome are in good condition with some normal
pitting.

|
The interior is very nice. The seats appear to be original with
new carpet installed. It has a 3-speed shifter on the floor
from the factory. It has a factory radio. These floor mats may
be collector items with the Coca Cola name on them. |

| The
glass is good. This is a good looking Mustang that has lots
of eye appeal. It has a new set of matching Radial tires 205
X 14.

It has the manual top that is in good
condition. It has a new back glass. The exhaust is good, and
it is clean underneath. It has rear backup lights from the factory. |

This Mustang has the 200 Cubic inch
6 cylinder engine that runs very well. It has a new fuel filter,
has recently been tuned up, and serviced. It has a new battery.
