| This
is a 428 Grand Prix with four-speed, and console. It has power
steering, power brakes, and is a numbers matching car. We have
the PHS documentation.

This car has extensive reconditioning
with a new clutch, and the fly wheel was resurfaced. The front
suspension is all new with upper, and lower ball joints. Outer
tie rod ends, new brake caliphers, and hoses. It has front
disc brakes.

|
|
It has new carpet. The dash looks good, but has two small cracks.
The factory bucket seats are showing a little wear, and we have
an appointment with the upholstery shop to have new covers installed.
They should be done by the end of the auction. It has the factory
radio, and hood tachometer. |

bumpers, and all chrome are in good condition. It has the
factory wheels with high tread matching tires.
|

The car is rust free underneath. It
has new mufflers installed, and sounds great. |

The engine has been rebuilt in the
last 2,000 miles. It starts, and sounds great. The four speed
shifts smooth with no grinding in the gears. This car is represented
to have actual miles. We have other pictures, and will furnish
the engine numbers later.
